"Monsha'at" has designed the electronic "Jadeer" service to pre-qualify small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and enable them to prove their capabilities and qualifications to service partners in the public and private sectors, which helps facilitate their access to procurement opportunities. The service provides a certified qualification certificate issued with an electronic signature from the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), which can open new doors for your enterprise on the path of entrepreneurship

Requirements

  • The enterprise should be registered and already operating

  • The enterprise should be eligible and committed to Jadeer’s criteria

  • The enterprise should be ready to provide the service or product in the registered activity

  • The enterprise should ensure that all government data related to the Ministry of Commerce, the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority, and the General Organization for Social Insurance are updated and valid

  • The enterprise should issue a certificate of its size through the "Monsha’at" portal

  • The enterprise should provide valid electronic copies of the required documents (licenses and certificates)

How to Access

Fill out the enterprise’s data and submitting the application

Review the application.

Expect a field visit to the enterprise (only for high-risk classified enterprises).

Register your enterprise as an eligible entity and issue the eligibility certificate.

Connect the eligible enterprises with the public and private sectors.

No, you have the option to register via the Nafath National Portal, and once you are registered, all of your enterprises will be visible. Therefore, you can select the specific enterprise you want to qualify

There is no minimum age as any enterprise can apply if it is eligible


You do not have to delete or modify the previous attachment. Instead, you can simply attach the new one using the attachment icon


Accredited certificates such as ISO and OSHA are provided, demonstrating that the enterprise adheres to the standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the International Organization for Standardization. In case these standards are not implemented, the enterprise has the option to provide detailed policies and regulations approved by the enterprise management for both the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the International Organization for Standardization


No, it is not mandatory for all enterprises, but it depends on the enterprise’s status whether it is a high-risk classified enterprise or not
