Biban Forum 2025 Concludes with Launches and Agreements Exceeding SAR 38 Billion

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” concluded the four-day Biban Forum 2025, held under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities, with agreements and launches exceeding SAR 38 billion, while attracting more than 100,000 visitors.
The fourth and final day of the forum witnessed the signing of four cooperation agreements and the launch of projects and initiatives with a total value nearing SAR 8.1 billion, aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and strengthening the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises in the Kingdom, in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Monsha’at signed three financing cooperation agreements with companies specialized in the financing sector to support entrepreneurs and MSMEs and enhance their access to accessible financial solutions.
The agreements included a cooperation agreement with Lendo for Financing to provide a financing portfolio valued at SAR 6 billion, an agreement with Tamweel Aloula allocating SAR 1.2 billion, and another agreement with Taajeer Finance to provide SAR 500 million, contributing to the diversification of financing tools and expanding opportunities for entrepreneurs to grow and develop their businesses.
Monsha’at also signed a cooperation agreement with Princess Alanoud Foundation to support and empower entrepreneurs across the Kingdom by incubating entrepreneurial ventures and helping expand their projects in the market.
The final day also witnessed Monsha’at, represented by Innovation Center, announcing the launch and opening of registration for the 11th cohort of the “Innovation Pioneers” program, in addition to honoring the top five entrepreneurial universities in the Kingdom based on the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Study initiative, recognizing winners of the “University Entrepreneurs Competition,” crowning winners of the Entrepreneurship World Cup competition, and honoring leading financing entities supporting MSMEs in 2024.
On the first day of Biban Forum 2025, 21 agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed, alongside the launch of several entrepreneurial and financing initiatives valued at more than SAR 22.3 billion to support entrepreneurship across multiple sectors and strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for entrepreneurial activity. During the second day, Monsha’at signed 22 agreements and memorandums of understanding and launched five supporting and enabling initiatives reflecting the commitment of various entities to empowering SMEs and entrepreneurship.
On the third day, Monsha’at signed 11 agreements and memorandums of understanding and launched seven initiatives with a total value exceeding SAR 7.6 billion, representing financing portfolios supporting entrepreneurial ventures and the SME sector.
On the international front, the forum included several agreements with Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development, National Innovation Agency Thailand, Enterprise Singapore, Invest India, KOSME Korea, Business Sweden, and Business France.
Across its three stages, Biban Forum 2025 hosted more than 200 local and international speakers who discussed topics including artificial intelligence, space, sustainability, entrepreneurship, finance, technology, and supply chains. The forum also gathered entrepreneurs from around the world and featured more than 80 workshops, 2,150 consultation sessions, and 1,000 mentoring sessions.
The E-commerce Door attracted more than 36,000 visitors and beneficiaries, reflecting strong interest in digital solutions and technological innovation within the e-commerce sector and its role in supporting the business ecosystem and empowering entrepreneurs in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
Investment deals concluded through the Investors Arena reached SAR 22.2 million, benefiting 55 startups during the four-day forum, while more than 1,021 startups from 66 countries participated in the event.
Biban is considered one of the largest entrepreneurship platforms in the Kingdom and the region, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” to empower entrepreneurs, support SMEs, and strengthen the competitiveness of the national economy.
Since its launch, the forum has served as a major meeting point, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, decision-makers, and enabling entities under one roof through an ecosystem of specialized doors and programs covering all stages of the entrepreneurial journey from establishment to growth and expansion.
