Monsha’at Signs MoU with Safira to Strengthen International Expansion and Innovation Cooperation

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a memorandum of understanding with Safira Events, a global leader in designing and delivering international events, during Biban Forum 2025, which is being held from November 5 to 8 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities.
The MoU aims to collaborate on the international expansion program for SMEs and leverage African experience in supporting entrepreneurship. It also includes the design and implementation of joint business incubator and accelerator programs, as well as cooperation in launching innovation competitions and challenges that enable entrepreneurs to expand and grow internationally.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by Innovation General Manager, Abdulmajeed Al Omrani, and on behalf of Safira by Folajimi Daodu, in the presence of representatives from government entities, the private sector, and local and international investors participating in the forum.
The MoU reflects Monsha’at’s ongoing efforts to strengthen international cooperation and build strategic partnerships with leading entrepreneurial organizations worldwide, contributing to the development of the Kingdom’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and enabling Saudi enterprises to access new markets while exchanging expertise and knowledge with their counterparts across Africa.
Biban Forum 2025 is the region’s largest entrepreneurship gathering, aimed at fostering an environment that supports innovation and growth for SMEs through its eight thematic doors, which showcase opportunities in support, financing, advisory services, and local and international expansion under one platform that brings together decision-makers, investors, and entrepreneurs.
