Monsha’at Signs MoU with Groq to Advance Digital Transformation and Empower AI-Driven Startups

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a memorandum of understanding with Groq, a company specializing in artificial intelligence, during Biban Forum 2025.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by Vice Governor of Planning and Development, Suleiman bin Abdulrahman AlTuraif, and on behalf of the company by Middle East and North Africa Managing Director, Fahad AlTuraif.

The partnership aims to accelerate digital transformation across the Kingdom’s SME sector and enable startups and entrepreneurs to adopt advanced artificial intelligence solutions.

The agreement includes the development of joint initiatives and training programs to build technical capabilities, facilitate knowledge transfer in artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, and support the national innovation ecosystem through the adoption of smart applications that enhance productivity.
