Monsha’at and Elm Sign Agreement to Provide Digital Services That Supports SMEs

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a cooperation agreement with Elm Company to provide a range of specialized technical services for SMEs through Monsha’at’s Mazaya platform, during Biban Forum 2025.

The agreement aims to enhance the digital empowerment of SMEs and improve their operational efficiency through a package of competitive digital services, including Rabet Solutions, Dhamen, and Mojaz. These solutions enable direct technical integration with government and private entities, facilitate secure and reliable financial transactions, and provide accurate reports and comprehensive vehicle inspections to support more efficient operational and investment decisions.

The agreement was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by Vice Governor for SMEs Services, Eng. Rayan bin Ibrahim AlFayez, and on behalf of Elm Company by Group Chief, Digital Government Products, Majed Faleh AlOtaibi.

The partnership reflects Elm’s commitment to building strategic collaborations that enhance the national business environment and enable SMEs to adopt innovative solutions that improve sustainability and strengthen competitiveness.
