Monsha’at Signs MoU with Carve Startup Labs to Develop Tailored Support Programs for Tomoh Companies

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a memorandum of understanding with Carve Startup Labs during Biban Forum 2025.
The agreement aims to collaborate with Tomoh program to design specialized initiatives that support and empower participating companies, in addition to exchanging best practices and expertise between both parties, particularly in the field of participation in international exhibitions. This is intended to enhance the readiness of Saudi companies for global expansion.
The MoU was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by Vice Governor for Entrepreneurship, Saud Alsabhan, and on behalf of Carve Startup Labs by CEO Vishnu Nagaraj.
The partnership reflects Monsha’at’s ongoing efforts to provide a comprehensive support ecosystem for entrepreneurs through collaboration with international innovation and entrepreneurship firms, while expanding the global network of Saudi enterprises.
