The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a memorandum of understanding with Nest Accelerator during Biban Forum 2025, held at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center, to strengthen cooperation across several strategic areas.

The MoU aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise and knowledge, as well as promotional and media support, between the two parties, while supporting the international expansion of Saudi startups. It places particular emphasis on empowering Saudi women entrepreneurs and enhancing their presence across Europe and North Africa. The partnership also seeks to strengthen the Kingdom’s visibility on international platforms and expand entrepreneurs’ access to global networks, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.

The MoU includes coordinating joint events and programs and exploring strategic partnership opportunities that contribute to the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, while enabling SMEs to grow and expand regionally and internationally, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to foster innovation and diversify the national economy.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by Shatha Alsaeed, General Manager of Entrepreneurship Planning, and on behalf of Nest Accelerator by its Founder and CEO, Lamia Hanafi.
