Monsha’at Signs MoU with Estonia’s ITL to Support Innovation and Global Expansion

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a memorandum of understanding with the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITL) during Biban Forum 2025.
The MoU aims to support the international expansion program for SMEs by leveraging Estonia’s expertise in digital transformation and entrepreneurship. It also includes the development of joint incubator and accelerator programs, as well as collaboration on innovation competitions and challenges focused on advancing technology solutions and opening new markets for Saudi SMEs.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by Vice Governor of Entrepreneurship Saud Alsabhan, and on behalf of ITL by CEO Doris Põld.
The agreement aligns with Monsha’at’s strategy to strengthen the global presence of Saudi SMEs and exchange expertise with leading innovation ecosystems, contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in economic and digital expansion.
