During Biban Forum 2025, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities, a cooperation agreement was signed between Monsha’at and King Salman Science Oasis, in the presence of several government and private sector leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors.

The agreement was signed by Monsha’at’s Governor Sami Al Hussaini and His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Abdulqader Taher, Supervisor of the King Salman Science Oasis.

The partnership aims to stimulate innovation and invention in technology and entrepreneurship, opening new opportunities for entrepreneurs and SMEs. It includes efforts to create an enabling environment for creativity and to strengthen collaboration between innovators, enablers, and investors, to transform innovative ideas into viable projects that contribute to the national economy.

This agreement comes as part of Monsha’at’s ongoing efforts to support and empower innovation as a key enabler of Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on building a knowledge-based economy and strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a regional hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
