Biban 2025: Entrepreneurship World Cup Finals Kick Off

The semifinals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC), sponsored by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” in partnership with the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) and Mohammed Bin Salman Foundation (Misk), officially kicked off today as part of Biban Forum 2025, held under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities at Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center.
The competition brings together the world's top 100 startups from more than 47 countries, competing for prizes worth a total of $1.5 million.
The participating entrepreneurs were welcomed yesterday evening, followed by the quarterfinal round, where 60 startups secured places in the semifinals to present their ventures on the Entrepreneurship World Cup stage at Biban Forum 2025.
The finals will take place over four days, with the top 24 startups advancing to the final day to compete for the Entrepreneurship World Cup title. In addition, 13 startups will be recognized during the competition’s closing ceremony.
The judging panel consists of experts in innovation, investment, and entrepreneurship with extensive experience in identifying high-potential startups.
The winners will be announced during the closing ceremony, scheduled to take place on November 8 in Riyadh as part of Biban Forum 2025 events.
