Biban Forum 2025 Showcases Innovative Logistics Solutions Through the E-Commerce Door and Brings Together More Than 150 Shipping Companies

Biban Forum 2025, organized by The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at”, is introducing a flagship initiative within its E-Commerce Door aimed at advancing the logistics ecosystem and enhancing the efficiency of transportation and delivery services, key pillars of the Kingdom’s digital commerce sector.
The initiative seeks to connect more than 150 shipping and delivery companies through a unified smart platform offering integrated logistics solutions, including warehousing, packaging, express shipping, and order tracking services. The platform is designed to improve the quality of services available to online stores and entrepreneurs.
The initiative reflects Saudi Arabia’s efforts to strengthen its position as a regional hub for entrepreneurship and digital commerce by fostering greater integration across the logistics sector and accelerating the adoption of advanced technologies in operational processes, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The E-Commerce Door features six specialized zones, including the Supply Chain Zone, which serves as a central platform for showcasing the latest logistics solutions supporting digital commerce. Visitors can explore innovative technologies in shipping, delivery, and order management.
This interactive environment provides companies and digital retailers with valuable opportunities to expand their businesses and improve operational efficiency by leveraging the unified technological infrastructure and the extensive network of participating shipping providers.
Through these initiatives, the E-Commerce Door at Biban Forum 2025 further strengthens its role as an integrated platform that supports SMEs and promotes collaboration between logistics service providers and digital entrepreneurs, contributing to more resilient supply chains and enhancing the competitiveness of the Saudi economy locally and internationally.
