25 International Franchisors Explore Franchise Opportunities in the Saudi Market at Biban Forum 2025

25 international brands are participating in the Franchise Door, one of the seven main doors of Biban Forum 2025, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities.
The participation aims to explore franchise opportunities and enter the Saudi market, reflecting the attractiveness of the Kingdom’s investment environment and the forum’s role in connecting franchisors with local investors through an integrated ecosystem that includes regulatory, financial, and advisory enablement, in addition to facilitating bilateral meetings between relevant parties.
The Franchise Door showcased several innovative entrepreneurial models, including an early childhood and hospitality project presented by Kuwaiti entrepreneur Eng. Abdulaziz Al Kharas, who noted that his project’s expansion into the Saudi market aligns with the growing empowerment of women and increasing demand for care services in work environments.
Emirati entrepreneur Abdulrahman Alsharif is also seeking franchise agreements for his e-sports café concept, aiming to expand within Saudi Arabia through franchise partnerships and establish more than 40 branches. He emphasized that the Saudi market offers exceptional attractiveness, supported by the momentum of major e-sports events and a young population demographic.
The Franchise Door provides a comprehensive pathway for international brands to enter the Saudi market, starting from understanding operational models and requirements, through regulatory, financial, and legal alignment, and ending with agreement structuring and financing frameworks.
Biban Forum 2025 reinforces its position as a global entrepreneurial platform that empowers entrepreneurs, fosters innovation, and expands investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia, in line with Saudi Vision 2030’s goal of building a diversified and sustainable economy.
