Biban Forum 2025, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities, witnessed strong participation from across the Gulf, with 71 entrepreneurs and startups from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), reflecting the forum’s position as a leading entrepreneurial platform connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and enablers under one roof.

Oman led the participating countries with 32 startups, followed by the United Arab Emirates with 18, Qatar with 11, Bahrain with 8, while Kuwait participated with 2 startups.

This regional diversity highlights the strong appeal of the forum and its ability to attract leading entrepreneurial talent in the region, further strengthening Gulf cooperation in developing entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems.

Biban Forum 2025 supports entrepreneurs by enabling direct communication with investors, facilitating pitching opportunities, and organizing bilateral meetings that help transform ideas into viable businesses and advance startups into new stages of growth through strategic partnerships, innovative financing, and specialized advisory services.

The forum features seven main doors representing a complete entrepreneurial journey. The Startups Door provides a space for showcasing projects, connecting them with investors, and enhancing their market readiness, while the Funding and Investment Door focuses on aligning financial solutions and linking entrepreneurs with venture capital funds and investors.

The Franchise Door supports expansion through franchise models and commercial agreements, while the E-Commerce Door provides a practical pathway for launching digital stores through technology infrastructure, payments, and supply chain solutions.

The Fast-growing Enterprises Door opens new horizons for operational and investment readiness, while the Enablement Door focuses on mentorship, capacity-building programs, and linking entrepreneurs with government entities and support systems.
