High Demand for Construction Sector Opportunities in Land of Opportunities Area at Biban Forum 2025

The Land of Opportunities area at Biban Forum 2025, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at,” witnessed strong engagement from entrepreneurs and investors, with significant interaction recorded across more than 10,000 investment opportunities spanning 13 economic sectors.
The construction sector ranked as the most attractive sector, followed by the information and communications sector, reflecting strong demand for infrastructure and real estate development projects on one hand, and growing interest in digital transformation and technology solutions on the other.
The Land of Opportunities area offers a diverse package of investment opportunities presented by public and private sector entities, reflecting the diversity and scale of the national economy. The opportunities cover sectors including agriculture, forestry and fishing, manufacturing industries, wholesale and retail trade and vehicle repair, transportation and storage, accommodation and hospitality services, financial and insurance activities, real estate activities, professional, scientific and technical services, administrative and support services, education, arts and entertainment activities, healthcare and social work, in addition to several other activities that provide entrepreneurs with direct pathways to enter supply chains and establish actual contracts with partners from both the public and private sectors.
