Monsha’at Concludes Future of Retail Program in Partnership with Princess Nourah University and RLC

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha'at" concluded the Future of Retail program, in partnership with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the Retail Leaders Circle (RLC), which ran from mid-January through the first week of February. The program engaged 80 female participants, including university students, faculty members, and recent graduates, with the aim of preparing a new generation of national talent capable of leading the retail sector through modern concepts and practices.

The program was designed to strengthen the position of the retail sector as one of the Kingdom’s promising industries through training content that combined academic knowledge with actual market needs. It also enabled participants to acquire future-focused skills in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and customer experience enhancement, contributing to improving their professional readiness and expanding opportunities for innovation.

The program concluded with a final competition held during the RLC Global Forum, where shortlisted projects presented by six participants were evaluated by a specialized judging panel, resulting in the selection of three winning projects.

The program comes as part of Monsha'at’s efforts to strengthen the role of young national talents in developing the retail sector, while supporting economic transformation efforts and advancing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
