The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha'at" has received the Saudi Quality Certificate Hayyak, issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, in recognition of the excellence demonstrated by SMEs Support Centers across the Kingdom in serving beneficiaries and their continuous efforts to enhance the quality of procedures and services provided.

The certificate was awarded after the SMEs Support Centers fulfilled the technical requirements of the Hayyak Certificate and successfully passed a comprehensive evaluation process covering various service delivery elements, ensuring compliance with approved standards, unified service quality, and higher levels of beneficiary satisfaction.

Monsha'at stated that receiving this certificate reflects its ongoing efforts to further develop the SMEs Support Centers ecosystem and improve the quality of services offered to entrepreneurs, contributing to the readiness, growth, and sustainability of SMEs across the Kingdom.
