The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha'at" won second place in the Local Content Award for the Government Entities axis, in recognition of its contributions to the development of local content and increasing compliance and commitment to implementing its requirements, given its importance in supporting the field of entrepreneurship and SMEs.    Monsha'at's achievement in winning the award is the result of the efforts and initiatives that contributed to the development of local content and enhancing commitment to its requirements, in addition to raising public awareness about local content mechanisms and expanding its base in various fields related to entrepreneurship. Monsha'at worked to develop local content by forming a committee to outline a set of plans, goals and indicators, ensuring compliance and achievement. These efforts contribute to increasing the productivity of SMEs and raising their contribution to the gross domestic product to 35% by 2030.
