More than 20 franchise brands will participate in the Franchise Tour, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) in partnership with Al Baha Chamber, on August 3–4, with the participation of several enabling entities, most notably the SME Bank and the Social Development Bank.

The tour aims to raise awareness of the franchising business model, as well as the Franchise Law and its Implementing Regulations, while connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and SMEs with relevant stakeholders to support business expansion and investment opportunities. The tour also seeks to strengthen the franchising sector, increase its contribution to Saudi Arabia’s GDP, and achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The tour will showcase the services and programs that support the growth of the franchising model, enhance awareness of its legal, operational, and marketing aspects, encourage business expansion, and highlight successful franchise experiences. It will also provide an integrated investment environment through the participation of enabling and advisory organizations.

The program features a panel discussion titled “The Role of Franchising in Supporting the Local Economy and Key Investment Opportunities and Government Services,” bringing together specialists from various government entities.

The tour will also offer nine specialized workshops covering the legal, operational, and marketing aspects of franchising, methods for evaluating investment opportunities, expansion strategies, the development of operations manuals, and the role of supply chains. In addition, participants will learn from franchise success stories and explore the services and programs available to support the franchising sector.

An accompanying exhibition will bring together franchise brands, entrepreneurs, investors, and enabling organizations, while certified experts will provide one-on-one advisory and consultation sessions for individuals interested in entering the franchising sector.
