Monsha’at Launches AI Week Next Sunday

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at,” in partnership with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), will launch AI Week next Sunday. Running for five days, the week is part of Monsha’at’s Business Weeks series.
The week aims to empower entrepreneurs and SME owners to adopt artificial intelligence technologies, leverage AI-powered solutions and applications, and connect with enablers and technology companies, thereby improving operational efficiency and enhancing competitiveness.
The event will bring together 40 entities from the government and private sectors, as well as academic and technology institutions. Key participants include the Communications, Space & Technology Commission, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, and King Faisal University, alongside several technology companies and organizations supporting the entrepreneurship ecosystem. They will showcase the latest solutions, applications, and services that support the adoption of AI technologies.
AI Week will be held at SMEs Support Centers in Riyadh and Madinah, as well as in Jeddah and Al Khobar. Activities will also be held in Abha in collaboration with Aseer Development Authority and Work Corner incubator; in Qassim in collaboration with Qassim Chamber; and in Jazan in collaboration with Jazan Chamber. This will expand access to the week’s activities for entrepreneurs, SME owners, and those interested in AI applications across Saudi Arabia.
The week will feature six keynote sessions and more than 48 entrepreneurial meetings, with the participation of officials, experts, and specialists from government, private, academic, and technology sectors. Discussions will cover AI applications, technology solutions, best practices, and experiences supporting AI adoption. An accompanying exhibition will also feature 15 entities showcasing their services and solutions to entrepreneurs and SME owners, contributing to greater operational efficiency and competitiveness among SMEs.
Held in conjunction with the Year of Artificial Intelligence, AI Week reflects Monsha’at’s efforts to strengthen the integration of the SME support ecosystem, facilitate access to enablers, technology solutions, and investment opportunities in promising sectors, and enhance SME competitiveness, growth, and sustainability in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
