The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at), in cooperation with the Fashion Commission, organized the "Fashion Community" event at the SMEs Support Center in Riyadh to highlight investment opportunities and build networking channels between emerging brand owners, experts, and investors.

The event featured panel sessions and open discussions covering the current state and outlook of the Saudi fashion sector, entrepreneurs' needs, the brand journey from ideation to expansion, seed financing options, establishing digital presence, and e-commerce and logistics solutions as competitive advantages. The discussions also addressed key criteria for attracting investments and showcased local success stories,

The event saw broad participation from various entities, led by the Fashion Commission, the Cultural Fund, the Social Development Bank, and the Fashion Association, alongside several investment, financing, and logistics partners.

Bassel Al Alola, Chief Business Officer at the Cultural Fund, said cultural financing offers tailored financial solutions to meet enterprise needs and provide necessary liquidity for operational expenses and capital expansions, noting that the fund's role rests on three pillars: investment, financing, and enabling services for businesses of all sizes.

Monsha'at said the event forms part of its efforts to stimulate growth in promising sectors and provide interactive platforms connecting innovators with supporting entities in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.
