Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions define the nature of the relationship between Monsha’at and the Consultant/Mentor. The Consultant/Mentor agrees to comply with the following:

1. The information and advisory services provided to beneficiaries shall be delivered on a collaborative basis and without any financial or non-financial compensation.
2. All information provided herein and in any attached documents is true and complete. The Consultant/Mentor undertakes to notify Monsha’at of any changes to such information.
3.The Consultant/Mentor shall comply with copyright and intellectual property rights and shall not use Monsha’at’s name, logo, visual materials, or documentation—whether owned or developed—without prior written consent from Monsha’at.
4. The Consultant/Mentor shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and data related to this undertaking or to the business, operations, clients, or beneficiaries of Monsha’at, and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written approval from Monsha’at, unless such information is publicly available.
5. The Consultant/Mentor may not assign or delegate any of the obligations stated herein to any third party without obtaining prior written consent from Monsha’at.
6. Monsha’at, or its representatives, shall not bear any financial or non-financial liability whatsoever toward the Consultant/Mentor under any circumstances.

7. Consultant Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing advisory services (to idea owners, business owners, and entrepreneurs).
• Experience in business establishment and business strategy development.
• Professional certifications are preferred in the relevant field (e.g., PMP, certified digital marketing certifications, finance and accounting certifications).
• Strong business analysis and client needs assessment skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Monsha’at services and the Ministry of Commerce ecosystem.

Mentor Selection Criteria:

• A valid commercial registration under the mentor’s name in the relevant sector.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in the relevant sector.
• Experience in providing mentorship (to idea owners, business owners, and entrepreneurs).
• Experience in business establishment, feasibility studies, and business strategies.
• Strong business analysis and client needs assessment skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Monsha’at services and the Ministry of Commerce ecosystem.
