About the Challenge:
Monsha’at, the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority has partnered with "Fintec Saudi" to launch, the "Real Estate Financing Solutions Challenge.," The goal of this collaboration is to support the development of the real estate sector. The challenge specifically focuses on addressing the obstacles encountered by beneficiaries in the Kingdom when seeking financing solutions for residential or commercial real estate purposes.

Additionally, the challenge aims to offer financial solutions for investment financing and real estate projects, thereby contributing to prosperity and economic growth. 
This challenge marks the fourth challenges in our ongoing Real Estate Innovation Program, which is dedicated to uncover the limitless potential within this crucial sector and seek innovative solutions.

Beneficiary Group:
1- Entrepreneurial enterprises in the real estate and non-real estate sectors, with a desire to explore the industry, from all following stages:
-Startup stage (building the idea, team, and business model)
-Launch stage (developing the initial product, testing market fit, and generating initial revenue)
