Our Quality Policy in The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at) is intended to ensure that the planned objectives are achieved, as these objectives are set for supporting Monsha’at strategy and directed mainly to satisfy customers and all beneficiaries with regard to services provided by the relevant departments.

 

We believe also in our role in supporting and empowering at all levels, as our vision and mission are in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, to raise the contribution of SMEs to the gross domestic product (GDP) to 35% by 2030.

 

Monsha'at undertakes to its clients "SMEs, entrepreneurs and community members” to provide quality-based services and it commits to improving the quality of their services to meet their needs and expectations on a continuous basis.

 

In Monsha'at, we seek to achieve the goals for which Monsha'at was founded, and at accelerated paces, we continue to support SMEs to create an environment that provides opportunities for all SMEs to prosperity.

 

Monsha'at is committed to providing supportive services and business opportunities to spur the growth and competitiveness of all SMEs and to spread a culture of entrepreneurship. It aims also to support ambitious entrepreneurs to increase their start-up rates, and to develop the SME sector to open up the doors in front of finance and facilitated entrepreneurship in SMEs.
