Eligibility Criteria

Identification of Educational and Sports Facilities:

Facilities that can be used to organize activities aligned with educational and community goals, such as classrooms, theaters for training courses or educational workshops, and sports fields and halls that contribute to skill development

Appropriate Infrastructure and Facilities:

Necessary facilities must be available, including classrooms, sports fields, gymnasiums, laboratories, and libraries to meet the needs of facility users

Collaboration with Relevant Entities:

Cooperation with local platforms to efficiently organize and manage facilities

Organizational Capability:

Necessary facilities must be available, including classrooms, sports fields, gymnasiums, laboratories, and libraries to meet the needs of facility users

This initiative was launched by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at,” in partnership with specialized online platforms for showcasing and renting facilities. The initiative aims to enhance the utilization of educational facilities available within private schools, whether outside official working hours or during them, provided it does not conflict with educational goals and programs. The initiative offers free services for showcasing and managing rental operations of educational facilities through partner platforms for a full year, contributing to supporting educational, cultural, and sports activities and enhancing the role of educational facilities in serving the community.


Private and international schools are allowed to invest in their facilities under Ministerial Circular No. 4400765423/1 dated 03/07/1444 AH, which permits the use of private education facilities outside official working hours and on holidays,

According to the following controls:

1- Programs offered must be limited to activities that serve the educational process, such as training programs, enrichment programs, and cultural or sports activities aimed at students, including special education students.

2- Ensure that the programs conducted do not affect the educational process within the facility.

3- Compliance with all regulations and instructions issued by relevant authorities, with the facility taking full responsibility for the results arising from these programs.

- What activities can be conducted


- Sports Activities:

-Team Sports: Football, basketball, handball, volleyball (outdoor and indoor). Individual Sports: Swimming, equestrian, gymnastics, squash, fencing, e-sports, remote-controlled sports, cycling, chess, tennis (table and court), badminton, padel, archery, taekwondo, and karate

- Cultural Activities:

- Utilize educational facilities such as computer labs, libraries, theaters, classrooms, outdoor areas, and science laboratories.

- Meetings and Training:

- Use halls and classrooms for meetings or training programs.


One full year from the date of facility registration on the platform.


1. The private education facility wishes to rent its facilities registers on the "Monsha'at" website via the initiative's registration form.

2. The request is then reviewed, and the accuracy of the entered data is verified by the "Monsha'at" team.

3. The request is forwarded to one of the participating platforms in the initiative.

4. The platform contacts the facility to complete the registration process and showcase the educational facility on the platform without any commission for showcasing and renting the facility.


Two working days from the date of application submission.


There are no fees for showcasing, marketing, and renting educational facilities through electronic platforms.


Yes, the showcased facilities can be modified or canceled.


Yes, the facilities must meet a minimum readiness level for the activities for which the facility was rented.


Electronic platforms commit to the following responsibilities:

- Provide the service free of charge (without commission on rental operations) for one year from the date of signing the contract with private education facilities.

- Provide technical support services for private education facilities.

- Offer support and training for private education facilities on how to use the platform and related matters.

- Provide consultations for private education facilities regarding educational facilities, such as consultations on improving facility quality and appropriate rental prices.

- Provide financial reports to private education facilities as per the agreement. 6.    Offer support and customer service for beneficiaries.


Private education facilities are responsible for:

- Providing operational staff to serve educational facilities. 

- Providing a computer or tablet and operational staff to manage bookings.

- Ensuring that the facilities meet commercial standards (compatible in size, materials, and necessary supplies for the activities for which the educational facilities were rented).

- Renting the facility only through the contracted platform.

- Ensuring the accuracy of information when describing the educational facility to be rented through electronic platforms.

- Bearing the fees for electronic payment transactions for rental operations through electronic platforms.

- Ensuring that the facility is clean, operational, and ready for use at the agreed times and providing support to beneficiaries.

- Complying with the policies of the contracted electronic platform.


There is no specified limit.


- Providing operational staff to serve educational facilities.

- Providing a computer or tablet and operational staff to manage bookings.

- Ensuring that the facilities meet commercial standards (compatible in size, materials, and necessary supplies for the activities for which the educational facilities were rented).

- Renting the facility only through the contracted platform.

- Ensuring the accuracy of information when describing the educational facility to be rented through electronic platforms.

- Bearing the fees for electronic payment transactions for rental operations through electronic platforms.

The private education facility determines the appropriate rental price for the educational facility, but it is advisable to seek consultations from electronic platforms regarding the appropriate pricing due to their expertise in the field.


After completing the registration process, the appropriate electronic platform is selected based on the type, size, geographic location, and readiness to receive bookings.


Yes, and the facility owner incurs no obligations as a result of the withdrawal.
