SMEs Support Centers provide advisory programs that upskill SMEs and entrepreneurs in the fields of business support, consultancy, investor presentation, training, business development services, and mentorship. In addition, the center works to connect SMEs with larger enterprises in their sectors and value chains, forging business connections and spurring growth.

Center Services

These programs focus on building connections and bridges between government entities, private sectors, and non-profit sectors. They aim to connect experienced professionals, successful individuals, and idea owners, entrepreneurs, and SME owners to create businesses and networking. This is achieved through a range of activities that create interactive channels between parties, allowing them to share their secrets, challenges, and business stories, as well as providing an opportunity to address inquiries and challenges to enhance their business.

No, the Entrepreneur's Journey differs, as the "Journey" path is determined based on the entrepreneur's needs through the Business Support service.


A session request is submitted through the Nawafth app, and the appointment must be accepted by the advisor.


 

  • Business Support: This service is dedicated to general inquiries, need analysis, and determining the most suitable path for the entrepreneur.  
  • Advisor: Has academic expertise in a specific advisory field, such as marketing, legal, etc., and has a professional practice certificate.  
  • Mentor: Owns an existing enterprise and provide guidance to the entrepreneur based on their sector of activity.

All services provided by the center are available to everyone free of charge.

At the support centers, depending on the region where the appointment was booked.


Yes, and it requires booking an appointment in advance to attend.


10 sessions per month, which can be increased based on the consultant's assessment of the case.


After completing the course and fulfilling all requirements, the trainee receives a certified certificate from "Monsha’at", provided that the attendance rate is not less than 80%.


No, attendance certificates are not provided.


Currently, all courses are presented in Arabic.
