The University Startup Accelerator Program aims to support the entrepreneurial projects of university affiliates, students, and recent graduates, develop their capabilities, enhance their market growth, improve their investment attraction, refine their organizational structure, and competitiveness, enabling them to become successful startups that attract investment opportunities and are poised for growth, expansion, and sustainability. The program offers 3 business accelerators, organized in collaboration with three Saudi universities in Riyadh, Qassim, and Al-Ahsa. The program combines direct and electronic services, serving university startups with the aim of supporting and developing them into successful companies over a 6-month period for each accelerator.

Objectives

Develop a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship by providing a supportive environment and resources for students, faculty members, and researchers to enhance and accelerate their innovative projects to be successful

Providing financial grants, services, and advisory support to the participating startups in the program to enable them to overcome financial challenges in the early stages, in order to achieve rapid development and sustainable growth

Enhance entrepreneurial skills through workshops and training in marketing, business management, innovation, and product development. This empowers the team and qualifies startups for sustainable commercial success

Expand the network by connecting startups with investors, advisors, experts, and the entrepreneurship ecosystem. These relationships foster future success, providing investment and partnership opportunities

Conditions of Registration

  • Be a student or recent graduate (within the past two years) of a Saudi university.

  • Have a project in its early stages.

  • Commit to attending the program.

  • Preferably have a commercial registration or freelance work documentation.

  • Preferably be based on a graduation project.

The Program Stages
