Any legal entity specifically equipped to display and sell pets, birds, and aquarium fish, along with their authorized food and supplies.
General requirements of the location
The shop must not be connected to residential areas or any other facility.
Shops should not be used for activities that disturb the peace or are harmful to public health or the environment.
No modifications to the activity area are allowed, whether increasing or decreasing, without prior approval.
The shop's area must not be less than 24 m², and the frontage must not be less than 4 m.
One parking space must be provided for every 25 m².
The presence of a veterinary clinic within the activity site is prohibited.
