Monsha'at launched the Educational Facilities Investment Support Initiative to make better use of the facilities available in private school buildings outside official working hours, or during them where this does not conflict with educational goals and programs. The partner platforms in the initiative list the facilities and manage their leasing free of charge for one year.

Eligibility requirements:

- Be a private education establishment (private schools, international schools, nurseries and kindergartens, special education schools)

- Obtain the enterprise size certificate

- List the facilities to be leased before registering
