What is "Open Data"?

Data that can be used by individuals without technical, financial, or legal restrictions. It can be reused and republished with the consideration of an Open Data License (https://od.data.gov.sa/ar/ODLicense)Open Data helps in filling the gap between the government and individuals.

 

Open Data Users:

Monsha'at allows portal users and beneficiaries to access and use Open Data completely free.

 

Open Data Users’ Responsibility:

The Open Data user is responsible for reusing any data in Monsha'at’s portal, This reuse should not result in any errors related to the data content, source, and date.

 

Monsha'at Liability (Responsibility):

  • Monsha'at is not responsible for any damage that may affect authorities as a result of the use of data published on its portal.
  • Monsha'at does not guarantee the continuity of the published data.
  • Monsha'at is not responsible for data users, or any damage or loss they may suffer as a result of this reuse.
