The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha'at" is working with its partners to stimulate innovation in the real estate sector through an integrated set of elements, starting with raising awareness of promising innovative opportunities, qualifying entrepreneurial projects, and then accelerating the maturation of outstanding projects to the market. The real estate sector is considered one of the most prominent key sectors in the Kingdom. Given the accelerating pace of customer needs for various real estate services and products, the solution is for pioneering new enterprises and existing traditional enterprises to adopt innovation and technology in order to contribute to the development of this vital and essential sector through the following program elements:
