Through this track, the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” aims to develop the beneficiary experience by reviewing the challenges beneficiaries face in applying and integrating modern, sustainable services in residential and non-residential buildings, in order to contribute to improving quality of life and the environment. The Smart and Green Buildings track is the second of the four tracks of the Real Estate Innovation Program, which are dedicated to exploring the unlimited potential of this vital sector.
