The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” will organize the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) finals, with the participation of the top 100 startups from around the world, in partnership with the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) and the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN). The finals offer cash prizes of up to $1 million, in addition to a range of in-kind prizes, with the aim of attracting leading projects.

The finals will be held during the Biban 24 forum, which Monsha’at is organizing in Riyadh under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities from November 5 to 9 at Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center.

The Entrepreneurship World Cup is the largest event for global entrepreneurs in the Kingdom. It aims to stimulate local investment, attract foreign investment, highlight the promising opportunities available, and enable partners and supporting entities to achieve their goals.

The finalists were selected from more than 16,000 applicants from 151 countries after winning their national competitions around the world and taking part in a global training camp that brought the top 250 companies together with experts and enabling entities. From these, the top 100 emerging startups were chosen to compete in the finals for the chance to win at Biban 24.

The Entrepreneurship World Cup was first established in 2019 by the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) and the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN). Since its launch, more than 420,000 entrepreneurs from 200 countries have taken part, with total cash prizes for winners reaching $4 million.

The competition gives projects from around the world the opportunity to take part and compete for the title. It also highlights the promising opportunities in the Kingdom and offers a distinctive chance to receive training, meet entrepreneurs, and reach the platforms that support this field, so that entrepreneurs can develop their capabilities, sharpen their skills, and turn their ideas into effective projects in the global market.
