The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” has announced that it will organize the Biban 24 forum under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities from November 5 to 9 in Riyadh, with the participation of more than 250 local and international speakers and 1,350 exhibitors from among local and international entrepreneurs. The forum aims to strengthen the growth and competitiveness of entrepreneurs’ projects and to stimulate a culture of entrepreneurship by supporting ambitious entrepreneurs to raise the rate of new company formation, introducing investment opportunities for projects in the public and private sectors, building connections, and enriching young people with entrepreneurial ideas and ways to invest in them. This contributes to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to raise the contribution of SMEs to GDP.

The Governor of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at”, Sami bin Ibrahim Al Hussaini, said: “The Biban 24 forum is a platform that enables entrepreneurs to explore opportunities and strengthen the growth and sustainability of SMEs.” He added: “Biban 24 also opens future avenues of cooperation in innovation between entrepreneurs in the Kingdom and abroad at the regional and global levels. It offers a vibrant and productive space for direct interaction among thousands of changemakers, entrepreneurs, and supporters of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, leading to a more prosperous future for all.”

More than 150 entities that enable SMEs in the public and private sectors, in areas such as enterprise capacity building and e-commerce, will take part in the forum, offering their services to overcome the challenges and difficulties that these enterprises may face across all sectors.

Biban 24 will also host the finals of the Entrepreneurship World Cup, with the participation of 151 countries. The competition is the largest of its kind in the world, and the Kingdom is hosting its finals, closing ceremony, and awards, with the top 100 entrepreneurs who have qualified for the finals competing for cash prizes of up to $1 million. Biban 24 will also offer 420 training workshops, expected to benefit more than 19,000 beneficiaries, covering many topics that strengthen the entrepreneurship environment and the ability of startups to grow and sustain themselves.

The forum, which is expected to attract more than 120,000 visitors, features nine doors designed to cover all the needs of SME owners and entrepreneurs across sectors: the Start Door, the Enablement Door, the E-Commerce Door, the Funding and Investment Door, the Innovation Door, the Startups Door, the Franchise Door, the Fast-Growing Enterprises Door, and the Market Door.

Biban 24 will see many launches and agreements with a direct impact on the entrepreneurship sector across several sectors, aimed at supporting investment in SMEs and stimulating their growth, as well as creating many startups in the local market through the diverse financing solutions these agreements and launches will provide.

Biban 24 will also host many prominent local and international entrepreneurs as speakers, alongside a group of investors, experts, and decision-makers.
