Monsha’at and Google Launch AI Marketing Tools for SMEs at Biban 24

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” and Google announced today the launch of the SMB Lab initiative, which aims to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence in digital marketing by empowering more than 100 SMEs in the Kingdom.
The initiative, announced during the Biban 24 Forum, will equip SMEs with the skills needed to make use of AI tools and Google’s advanced AI-powered marketing solutions, with the aim of strengthening their competitiveness in the digital market. This is in line with the Kingdom’s efforts to strengthen the commercial system and support innovation, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The SMB Lab initiative is built on three pillars. The first is the Maharat min Google workshops, which provide SMEs with the knowledge and skills needed to make use of AI in general and in digital marketing through a specialized learning journey. The second is one-on-one consultations, delivered by Google experts to several companies to support them in using AI-powered marketing solutions. The third is connecting SMEs with Google’s technology and media partners to strengthen their performance and achieve the best results.
The initiative focuses on enterprises operating in e-commerce, information technology, fintech, food and beverage, and other fields. This collaboration marks a new step toward empowering the digital economy and developing the entrepreneurship sector, ensuring the long-term sustainability of these enterprises and strengthening their ability to expand in local and global markets.
