The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” hosted a series of innovative panel sessions at the E-Commerce Stage on the fourth day of the Biban 24 Forum, which it organizes under the theme “Global Destination for Opportunities”, discussing several key and evolving topics in e-commerce.
The sessions focused on several central topics, including physical and digital stores and the role of artificial intelligence in marketing, how to empower entrepreneurs in the nutrition sector, overcoming financing barriers, and a review of the subscription economy and turning customers from one-time buyers into loyal customers of the brand owner.
One session also emphasized the importance of bringing change to operations and supply chains to improve business efficiency, alongside a review of Jarir’s transformation journey into a leading company in modern retail, and a discussion of the role of digital platforms in enabling everyday recycling operations.
The sessions also included a topic on expanding the scope of local markets to support and enable traditional businesses to benefit from e-commerce opportunities, along with an integrated experience for modern store owners to learn about the journey of technologies and innovative paths in the modern retail zone.
These sessions come as part of a series of targeted initiatives and as part of Monsha’at’s efforts to empower SMEs and equip them with the solutions and tools needed to strengthen their competitiveness in an innovative and advanced business environment.
The Biban 24 Forum, organized by Monsha’at from November 5 to 9, aims to strengthen the culture of entrepreneurship and support enterprises, business owners, and idea holders.
