Biban 24 saw 36 startups secure direct angel investments after presenting their pitches in the Investors Arena to a group of leading local and international investors.
The round began on the forum’s first day, with 6 startups closing their investment deals, followed by 10 more companies on the second day, while the round concluded with 20 companies succeeding on the third day, securing investments from major investors, reflecting the strength and attractiveness of the Kingdom’s entrepreneurship environment.
The Investors Arena is one of the innovative initiatives launched by Biban 24, bringing entrepreneurs together with leading local and international investors to serve as an ideal platform for finding suitable investment opportunities.
The Arena aims to enable entrepreneurs to present their projects to angel investors and helps accelerate investment decision-making, reflecting the vision of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” in supporting and strengthening the entrepreneurship environment in the Kingdom and reinforcing its standing as a leading destination for angel investment.
