Monsha’at Invites the Public to Review Survey Results on “Mazaya” Platform

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” has invited the public to review the results of a recent survey on “Mazaya” platform. The survey aimed to assess the needs of SMEs and enhance the platform’s services to better meet users’ expectations.
According to the results, the most in-demand service among SME owners is advertising and marketing support, cited by 38% of respondents. This was followed by health insurance services at 29%, co-working spaces at 23%, and accounting services at 10%.
“Mazaya” platform offers a wide range of services designed to support and empower micro, small, and medium enterprises. These services aim to fuel business growth, improve service quality, and boost competitiveness by partnering with private sector providers to deliver partially or fully subsidized services at competitive prices.
