University Entrepreneurs Competition
The University Entrepreneurs Competition aims to foster a culture of innovation among students, faculty, and staff at Saudi universities by discovering outstanding entrepreneurial ideas, empowering participating teams through training camps, and preparing winners for regional and global competitions
Objectives
Empowering the university entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Supporting university entrepreneurial projects to foster growth, expansion, and participation in regional and global competitions for university students.
Benefits and Rewards
The top three finalists will receive cash prizes as follows:
First Place: SAR 25,000
Second Place: SAR 15,000
Third Place: SAR 10,000
In addition, all program participants across all stages will benefit from shared support services, mentorship and advisory sessions, and interactive workshops.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
Priority is given to projects with high readiness for implementation.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
A clear entrepreneurial idea with practical market potential.
Commitment of the team to active participation in all competition stages.
Added value or expected social and economic impact of the project.
Quality of the presentation and effectiveness of communication during evaluations.
Alignment of the project with local market trends and national opportunities.
Targeted Impact
Empowering a generation of entrepreneurial university students to contribute to a knowledge-based economy.
Supporting the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 goals in innovation and entrepreneurship.
Timeline
Registration is open from 13-07-2025 to 27-07-2025.
The virtual bootcamp will run from 03-08-2025 to 27-09-2025.
The in-person bootcamp will take place from 19-10-2025 to 23-10-2025.
The project presentations and the competition’s closing ceremony will be held at Biban 25 Forum.

Yes, electronic certificates will be issued to all participants.
No, both bootcamps are offered free of charge. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered for in-person participants coming from outside the region.
The competition will be conducted in Arabic, with some English terminology. However, regional and global competitions will be held in English.
No, the competition is open to all students, faculty, and staff from Saudi universities across all disciplines. It is not limited to business or entrepreneurship majors.
Registration is available through the Monsha’at website by filling out the online application form.
