The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” announced the results of the consultation it launched on the Jadeer service from July 23 to 27, 2025, through social media platforms, with the aim of identifying what SME owners need from the service.

The results showed that beneficiaries engaged notably with the option “Knowing the Qualification Requirements” as a main priority, reflecting their keenness to strengthen their readiness to obtain the pre-qualification certificate and access the procurement opportunities linked to it.

Monsha’at is working to raise awareness and understanding of the service, develop technical support and guidance mechanisms, improve the procedures for obtaining the pre-qualification certificate, and begin offering tangible privileges to certificate holders.
