Conditions for providing services on Ajeer

To ensure the highest work standards at Ajeer, service providers must meet the following conditions to join the Ajeer family

Categories allowed to work on Ajeer:

• An operation and maintenance company or establishment.
• A Saudi or foreign individual who holds a working trade.

Joining conditions for companies and establishments:

• Holding a commercial register that includes the maintenance and operation activity, authorizing them to practice this work, and bringing a copy of the valid commercial register.
• Attendance of the establishment owner to sign the contract, or a representative authorized through the Chamber of Commerce.
• Bringing the service providers who work for the establishment and will offer their services on the Ajeer app, together with the original residence permit of each service provider.

Joining conditions for individuals:

• Bringing the original ID (national ID card or residence permit).
• If the service provider is a foreigner, they must bring a copy of the sponsor's ID and a written consent from the sponsor approving their work, along with the sponsor's personal mobile number.
• Being able to provide the service and holding the trade; they will be tested at the Ajeer office to verify the quality of the work, and if they fail the test, the contract is canceled,
• Having the tools needed to provide the service (ladder, screwdrivers of all sizes, freon, etc.) and bringing them to the office for the test.
• Passing the trade test given by Ajeer to verify the quality of the worker.
