Billion-Riyal Agreements and Launches at the Biban 2025 Forum

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” revealed that the Biban 2025 forum, which it organizes from November 5 to 8 at Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center under the theme A Global Destination for Opportunities, will see the announcement of billion-riyal launches aimed at supporting the SME sector and strengthening the entrepreneurship environment in the Kingdom, contributing to the growth and sustainability of entrepreneurial projects, in addition to the signing of several local and international agreements.

The agreements and launches are expected to cover the technology, tourism, entertainment, education, and financial services sectors, in order to strengthen integration between the government and private sectors and to provide a stimulating environment for startups to grow and expand inside and outside the Kingdom, reflecting the rapid development of the Saudi entrepreneurship ecosystem as a main driver of the national economy.

The international agreements due to be signed include cooperation with several countries, including Japan, Korea, Qatar, and others. The forum will also see the presentation of investment opportunities and funding rounds dedicated to entrepreneurs and startup owners, with the participation of leading investment companies, individual investors, and venture capital funds, strengthening funding opportunities and building quality partnerships that support innovation and growth in the local market.

These agreements seek to attract regional and global entrepreneurial enterprises to operate in the Saudi market, in a strategic step to cement the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for investment opportunities, strengthen its standing as an attractive environment for entrepreneurship, and make it a first destination for talent and startups from around the world.

Through Biban 2025, Monsha’at continues to enable the entrepreneurship ecosystem through quality programs and strategic partnerships with various entities, with the aim of raising the contribution of SMEs to the national economy and broadening the horizons of innovation and growth, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 toward building a thriving economy.
