More than 39 leaders and experts will take part in the Volunteer with Your Expertise initiative at the Biban 2025 forum, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” from November 5 to 8 at Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center under the theme A Global Destination for Opportunities, with the aim of drawing on leadership expertise in the entrepreneurship and investment sectors to support entrepreneurs and provide them with suitable consultation on their projects.

Volunteer with Your Expertise is one of the leading national initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the field of specialized volunteering. The participation comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to strengthen the culture of knowledge-giving and to enable experienced professionals to pass on their practical experience to male and female entrepreneurs and investors, through direct guidance sessions and volunteer consultations that help the target groups overcome challenges and develop their projects.

More than 39 experts will take part in the initiative at the Biban 2025 forum, including government officials, chief executives, company founders, and specialists in human resources and management development, to share their expertise in multiple fields that include institutional development, investment, entrepreneurship, governance, human resources management, and other fields with a direct impact on the growth of SMEs.

The participation aims to stimulate the entrepreneurship environment by connecting entrepreneurs with experienced experts and practitioners, strengthening the exchange of knowledge, raising the efficiency of national projects, and contributing to support for an economy based on innovation and knowledge.

The Volunteer with Your Expertise initiative also embodies Saudi Vision 2030 in building a vibrant, integrated society founded on solidarity and social responsibility, by transforming volunteering from an individual act into a sustainable institutional system that contributes to the development of people and places and supports opportunities for success and enablement across the various economic and social sectors.
