Former Brazilian international footballer Ricardo Kaká praised the Kingdom’s efforts to develop the sports sector, emphasizing that Saudi competitions now enjoy growing global attention thanks to an ambitious vision and professional management. He expressed his delight at visiting the Kingdom, which has become a distinguished destination for sports and investment.

This came during a panel session titled “From the Pitch to Global Leadership: Kaká’s Journey from Sports Star to Investor and Global Influencer”, held as part of Biban 2025. He reviewed his eventful sporting career, from winning the Ballon d’Or and lifting the World Cup to his experience after retirement, emphasizing that his success was not the product of talent alone but the fruit of the discipline and patience that formed the foundation of his journey on and off the pitch.

He spoke about his early days in sport and how passion and determination led him to overcome pressure and win championships. He noted that the period after retirement gave him the opportunity to devote himself to learning and to take specialized courses in business and investment, which he considered an extension of the journey of challenge he was accustomed to on the pitch.

The Brazilian star concluded his remarks with a message to young people, calling on them to seize the many opportunities available today and stressing that seriousness and discipline are the key to success and continuity in any field.
