Monsha’at Organizes Investors Relations Forum for Tomoh Enterprises in Collaboration with Saudi Tadawul Group

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at”, represented by the Tomoh Program, organized the Investor Relations Forum for Tomoh enterprises in collaboration with Saudi Tadawul Group at the SMEs Support Center in Riyadh.
The forum aimed to strengthen communication between listed Tomoh enterprises and enabling partners, while highlighting the importance of investor relations management. It also explored available opportunities to empower Tomoh enterprises and connect them to exchange expertise and knowledge and build networks that support their growth and sustainability.
The event focused on the importance of establishing effective communication channels with investors and regulatory entities, contributing to greater transparency and increased market confidence in enterprises. It also highlighted the central role of investor relations management in the journey of listed companies within financial markets, while enabling participants to explore best practices and successful experiences in this field.
The forum reviewed the collaboration between Monsha’at and Saudi Tadawul Group, in addition to discussing the strategic role of investor relations within the Saudi capital market. It also addressed how to build an effective investor relations framework aligned with regulatory and market requirements, alongside ways to enhance transparency and investor communication according to best practices, and the application of modern tools and technologies to improve the efficiency of investor relations operations.
