The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” announced the results of the consultation it launched between November 16 and 18, 2025, on social media platforms, to identify the needs of entrepreneurs throughout the stages of building and developing their businesses, as well as the most effective ways to address those needs.

The consultation results showed strong engagement from beneficiaries with the Financing and Investment Opportunities option as a top priority, reflecting entrepreneurs’ interest in expanding access to funding and investment opportunities that support the development and growth of their businesses.

Monsha’at continues to strengthen the role of banks, financing companies, and investment funds in supporting startups, while also increasing expansion opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors and facilitating SMEs’ access to financing and lending opportunities.
