The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing during Biban 2025, which Monsha’at organizes under the theme A Global Destination for Opportunities, in the presence of several of Their Excellencies the Ministers, government and private sector leaders, and entrepreneurs.

The agreement was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by the Vice Governor for Entrepreneurship, Saud bin Khalid Alsabhan, and on behalf of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing by the Director General of Nonprofit Sector Development, Ahmed Al-Qadi.

The agreement aims to support the social investment sector by holding initiatives and offering investment opportunities, in addition to organizing joint meetings and workshops that help strengthen partnerships and build a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs and SMEs in this field.
