Monsha’at Signs MoU to Support SMEs and Strengthen Their Digital Presence

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a memorandum of understanding with TikTok during Biban Forum 2025, held in Riyadh under the theme Global Destination for Opportunities.
The MoU aims to support SMEs through a range of initiatives, including specialized training workshops, integrating TikTok services into the Mazaya platform, and collaborating with the Tomoh program to showcase the success stories of Saudi SMEs on TikTok, helping enhance their digital presence and market their products and services through innovative approaches.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Monsha’at by Vice Governor for SME Services Eng. Rayan AlFayez, and on behalf of TikTok by Dr. Hatem Samman, Executive Director of Government Relations and Public Policy in Saudi Arabia.
The partnership reflects Monsha’at’s commitment to equipping entrepreneurs with modern digital tools, opening new opportunities for Saudi SMEs to reach wider audiences and accelerate growth through digital platforms.
Biban Forum 2025 continues to witness the signing of agreements and deals valued at more than SAR 22 billion, with global participation from various sectors, reinforcing its position as the region’s largest platform for entrepreneurship, innovation, and international expansion.
