Monsha’at Organizes Real Estate and Construction Week with Participation from More Than 40 Public and Private Sector Entities

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at”, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority and the Saudi Contractors Authority, will organize the Real Estate and Construction Week from July 12 to 16, 2026, as part of its Business Weeks series. The initiative aims to enable entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to capitalize on promising opportunities in the real estate and construction sectors by connecting them with enabling entities, funding solutions, and strategic partnerships.
The event will bring together more than 40 public and private sector entities, including the Saudi Council of Engineers, the National Housing Company (NHC), ROSHN Group, and Rua Al Madinah Holding, in addition to government entities, real estate developers, engineering consultancy firms, real estate marketing and brokerage companies, funding institutions, and other ecosystem partners. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the latest investment opportunities, services, and solutions available across the two sectors.
Activities will be held at the SMEs Support Centers in Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, and Al Khobar. Additional events will take place in Abha in collaboration with the Aseer Region Development Authority and Work Corner Incubator, as well as in Sakaka in partnership with Bait Al Thaqafah, expanding the week's reach to entrepreneurs, SMEs, and those interested in the real estate and construction sectors across various regions of Saudi Arabia.
The week will feature more than six keynote sessions, over 40 entrepreneurial meetups, specialized consultation sessions, and an exhibition with 23 exhibitors showcasing their services and solutions to entrepreneurs and SMEs. Government and private sector officials, industry experts, and specialists will discuss investment opportunities in the real estate and construction sectors, ways to enable SMEs to benefit from development projects, strengthen their integration into supply chains, and highlight proptech innovations, financing solutions, strategic partnerships, and best practices that support business growth and long-term sustainability.
Real Estate and Construction Week reflects Monsha’at's ongoing efforts to strengthen the SME support ecosystem by improving access to investment opportunities and enabling partners across high-potential sectors. These efforts contribute to enhancing the competitiveness, growth, and sustainability of SMEs in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
