The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” concluded its participation in the LEAP 2026, held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham from August 31 to September 3, by graduating the 11th cohort of the Innovation Pioneers program and signing three memorandums of understanding (MoUs) to foster entrepreneurship and international expansion.
The graduation of 11 smart city-focused enterprises brings the total number of program beneficiaries to 163 businesses across 11 cohorts, which have collectively created over 350 jobs and enabled 179 technology adoption cases. The signed MoUs included agreements with Beem platform to develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Zoho to grant digital benefits and technical training, and Nextven to facilitate international expansion for startups between Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
Monsha'at said its pavilion provided business support, consultation, and guidance services while featuring the Startups Gateway to streamline Saudi market entry. Monsha'at also hosted a panel session highlighting its Innovation Center and AI incubator experience in converting entrepreneurial ideas into market opportunities.
Monsha'at said its participation reflects ongoing efforts to develop the SME sector and strengthen an innovation-based economy under the Saudi Vision 2030.
