• الالتزام باعتماد كافة أعمال التصميم والإشراف على التنفيذ من قِبل مكاتب استشارية مؤهلة من قِبل وزارة البلديات والإسكان وكذلك التنفيذ بواسطة مقاولين مؤهلين ومعتمدين من الهيئة السعودية للمقاولين

• The investor must comply with the requirements of the complexes and centers in which the restaurant will be established.
